Module 2 – Project initiation, stakeholder management, and business strategy
Initiate projects, identify stakeholders, build relationships, and align with business strategies.
Module 3 – Project planning and documentation:
Focus on project governance, scoping, finances, and scheduling for effective planning.
Module 4 – Project execution and leadership:
Manage resources, align with company culture, define your management style, and enhance leadership. Develop the skills to lead projects with confidence and adaptability.
Module 5 – Project monitoring, control, and communication:
Implement monitoring methods, maintain clear communication, and develop strong communication strategies.
Module 6 – Project closure, teams, and interpersonal skills:
Recognise project closure timing, conduct retrospectives, and facilitate transitions with interpersonal skills.
There are no formal prerequisites for taking the Project Management Certificate course. However, a basic understanding of project management concepts and terminology is recommended.
You will receive an internationally recognised certificate after finalizing the course.
