Many of our courses and training programs* in our open offerings can be attended both on-site and online. Find out how online participation works.

Participating online in courses and training programs

You will attend live online classes following a fixed schedule, with a dedicated group of participants.
Classes have a hybrid format: you will be linked to an on-site course or training program. This means that some participants will be on-site with the instructor, while one or more participants join online. The classroom is equipped with additional technology, allowing you to follow the class online, ask questions, and engage in interactions with the instructor and other participants.
Preferably, you attend the start of the course on-site for an optimal introduction to the lead instructor and your fellow participants.
Does your course include one or more classes that, due to the teaching method, are best attended on-site? If so, we will contact you before the start of your course to discuss the possibilities.
If you’d like to attend a class on-site at some point, this can be arranged (in consultation).
Some training programs are not suitable for hybrid groups. These will therefore be conducted either entirely on-site or entirely online.**
Our instructors ensure there is plenty of room for exercises, interaction, and discussion, also for online participants.
Online Learning Environment: You will gain access to our online learning environment, where you can find class presentations, additional reading materials, videos, and more.
Course Materials: If your course includes a literature package, you will receive your books at home before the start of the program.
Case Day: If your course includes a case day, we ask that you attend this session on-site. Online participation in the case day may be arranged upon consultation.
Final Consultation: If your course concludes with a strategy and action plan requiring a final consultation with your lead instructor, you can choose to have this session either online or on-site.
