Hans Molenaar is the founder and director of Beeckestijn Business School. In addition, he is active as an entrepreneur in recreational real estate and several startups. He serves as the chairman of the PIM Marketing Literature Prize and the Marketing Thesis Prize. In the past, he has held B2B marketing and sales management positions for both large corporations (AT&T, NCR, and Royal Bank of Scotland) and startups (Novis, 404-network, Selligent, E-banking solutions, and Hanco). He has also been the chairman of the Platform for Innovation in Marketing for fifteen years and is the initiator of the Marketing Trend Report, the Marketing Science Prize, and the Marketer of the Year award.
