General information
The CCXP Exam Preparation & CX Fundamentals is a two-day training designed to thoroughly prepare you in English for the CCXP exam, which is also conducted in English. This training is structured around the five pillars of the CXPA framework. Over the course of two days, we’ll enhance your CX knowledge step by step, covering everything you need to know to succeed in the CCXP exam. After completing the training, you are ready to register yourself for the CCXP exam, which grants you the right to use the CXPA designation. However, taking the CCXP exam after the training is not mandatory. Many participants join the training not for the exam but to update their CX knowledge.
