This course consists of 6 modules including:
Module 1 – Project management essentials
Introduction to project management concepts, understand the stages of the project management lifecycle, understand the key activities and deliverables from start to finish. Agile vs. traditional project management.
Module 2 – Agile methods & processes
Understand agile principles and mindset, user stories and project prioritisation (MoSCoW), understand the agile-scrum methodology and sprint cadence, agile tools and technology.
Module 3 – Effective communication & reporting
Types of project reports and their purposes, AI-generated burndown charts and data-driven charts, track project progress against the project plan and schedule, communicating customer needs.
Module 4 – Risk mitigation & problem-solving
Identify risks and define project blockers, agile communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, execute problem-solving frameworks.
Module 5 – Team facilitation & power skills
Leading sprint reviews and retrospectives, understand the role of the facilitator in project management, harness emotional intelligence and psychological safety, facilitating goal-driven workshops.
Module 6 – Scaling complex projects
Understand complex complexity, agile scaling: SoS, LeSS, SAFe, and DA, establish Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Agile Teams of Teams (ToTs), coordinate and align multiple agile teams.
There are no formal prerequisites for taking the Agile Project Management Certificate course. However, a basic understanding of Agile project management concepts and terminology is recommended.
You will receive an internationally recognised certificate after finalizing the course.
